The present invention relates to chromosomal integration sites which can be used to produce a target protein in the chromosome insertion method in Bacillus subtilis, and a protein production method using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing a target protein, which can be effectively used for the production of proteins useful in biotechnology, medicine and industry by providing integration sites having a higher expression level of the target protein than amyE, which is the most commonly used integration site, and by significantly increasing the expression of the target protein, such as protein, polypeptide drugs in Bacillus strains, using the same.
