SYSTEM OF COLLECTING MANUFACTURING FACILITIES DATA AND CONTROLLING THE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES USING IOT COMMUNICATION WITH SMART PHONE

Disclosed are a system and a method of collecting and controlling manufacturing facility data using internet of things (IoT) communication with a smartphone. The system of collecting and controlling manufacturing facility data using IoT communication with a smartphone comprises: a manufacturing facility mounting terminal which is mounted on prescribed manufacturing facilities, and collects data related to a manufacturing process of the mounted manufacturing facilities to transmit the data in real time via IoT communication and receive a control command via the IoT communication to control the manufacturing process; and a manufacturing facility manager smartphone to receive collected data from the manufacturing facility mounting terminal via the IoT communication, store and manage the received data, and generate the control command to transmit the control command to the manufacturing facility mounting terminal via the IoT communication. According to the system and the method of collecting and controlling manufacturing facility data using IoT communication with a smartphone, a smartphone of a manager is used to collect data of manufacturing facilities in real time to store the data and relay the data to a remote server to conveniently and easily manage manufacturing facilities and processes without installing a separate relay.
