Disclosed are a method for operating integrated e-commerce based on user styling information, an apparatus thereof, and a system thereof. The method may receive user styling information and shipping information corresponding to a user from a first shopping mall from a plurality of shopping malls, perform user customized styling by detecting information of a plurality of products sold at the shopping malls based on the user styling information from database, and transmit a shipping request for requesting to ship the detected products to a shipping destination corresponding to the shipping information to an integrated logistics center server linked with a plurality of online shopping malls.
