Disclosed are a system for preventing stock liquidation in credit transaction and a method thereof. The system for preventing stock liquidation in credit transaction of stocks comprises: a confirmation module determining whether a stock trading account, which has performed credit transaction, corresponds to a stock liquidation risk condition; a control module increasing the collateral rate of the stock trading account by depositing a loan in the stock trading account when the stock trading account is determined to be in the stock liquidation risk condition by the confirmation module; and a mortgage management module managing the loan deposited in the stock trading account to exist only in a cash state in the stock trading account.
