PURPOSE: To pursuit an investment profit without being anxious of a remargin by simultaneously executing the work of buying and that of selling for the same number at the same price at appropriate time by according them with the movement of the stock price in credit transaction on stock. ;CONSTITUTION: The work of buying and that of selling of the credit transaction simultaneously executed for the same number at the same price for any movement of the stock price P. A loss is always prevented at the time of liquidating the dealings in spite of the number of times for the work. A diagram is obtained by adding the vertical wave motion of the stock price P and a time difference T to the reference work so as to deform it. The reference work is executed while the stock price P proceeds from a reference price A to a falling direction D. When the stock price P changes to a rising direction U, only the work of buying is executed from buying g to buying l. Then, the work of offsetting from offsetting a to offsetting f is executed. At that time, buying from buying a to buying f is remained. When the stock price changes in the falling direction D again, only the work of selling from selling g to selling l is executed.
