The present invention relates to an integrated oblique vertebral fusion cage which can be inserted between the abdomen and the flank of a user in an oblique direction. The oblique vertebral fusion cage to be inserted into vertebral bodies comprises: a front wall; a longer side wall formed to be connected to one side of the front wall; a shorter side wall formed to be connected to the other side of the front wall and having a length shorter than the longer side wall; and a transverse wall connecting an end of the longer side wall, which is opposite to the front wall, with an end of the shorter side wall, which is opposite to the front wall, wherein the transverse wall is oriented toward the rear sides of the vertebral bodies, and at least one screw hole is formed on the front wall.
