Disclosed are a sight measurement method using movement of user′s eyes, which displays a sight measurement mark on a screen of a smartphone held by a user and naturally measures user′s sight when the user′s eyes follow the measurement mark without user′s input, and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the sight measurement system using movement of user′s eyes comprises: a camera image input unit photographing a user′s face to input a captured facial image; an eye image extraction unit extracting the position, area, and information of eyes from the facial image and extracting a binocular distance value based on the position of the eyes; a distance calculation unit calculating a distance from the user based on the binocular distance value; a screen generation unit for each sight generating a screen displayed while moving a measurement mark corresponding to each sight value in accordance with the distance from the user; a screen display unit displaying and outputting the generated screen; a gaze position extraction unit extracting a gaze position of a pupil moving along the moving measurement mark; a gaze matching detection unit detecting whether the moving position of the measurement mark matches with the gaze position of the pupil; and a sight determination unit determining a sight value based on whether the moving position of the measurement mark matches with the gaze position of the pupil.
