The present invention relates to a method for generating animatable and renderable three-dimensional content by inputting two-dimensional images or incomplete three-dimensional information using an artificial intelligence technique, providing a service to a user by immediately (in runtime) generating an actual application from the three-dimensional content without post-processing, and transforming or editing a character or a style of the generated three-dimensional application into a character or a style of a different form by using high-level information (for example, language information) having a semantic property as an interface. According to the present invention, 2D data or incomplete (or complete) 3D data generated by a user is produced into animatable and renderable 3D content through artificial intelligence-based inference, and the produced 3D content is transmitted to a user terminal and is immediately (in runtime) generated as an application such as a game. The user may immediately execute an application such as a game in the user terminal.
