The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases including a COX2 acetylating agent as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases including a COX2 acetylating agent as an active ingredient, which has effects of inhibiting the deposition of amyloid-β in brain neuronal cells, reducing excessive neuroinflammatory reaction, and increasing phagocytosis of amyloid-β in microglia. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases including a COX2 acetylating agent as an active ingredient: has an effect of relieving neuroinflammatory diseases by promoting COX2 acetylation in neuronal cells to secrete neuroinflammatory termination regulators (SPMs); and can be beneficially used for developing an agent for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases.
