The present invention relates to a preparation method of a dried pollack block for supporting pet dog and a dried pollack block prepared thereby. More specifically, the preparation method of a dried pollack block for supporting pet dog comprises: a step 1) of separating the dried pollack broth and the dried pollack residue by hydrothermal extraction of the dried pollack; a step 2) of pulverizing the dried pollack residue, mixing the same with the broth, and mixing egg yolks with one or more substances selected from the group consisting of water soluble flaxseed oil, banana extract, pear extract and liana extract; a step 3) of aging the dried pollack mixture; a step 4) of preparing a block state by freeze-drying the aged dried pollack mixture in a mold; and a step 5) of packing the freeze-dried product. The present invention uses, as main material, dried pollack which is rich in amino acids such as methionine and taurine to be good for liver function recovery. Therefore, the present invention not only has a high palatability of the dog, but also removes the toxin of the body of the dogs and restores fatigue. The present invention further comprises dog favorite foods such as egg yolk to further enhance the health functionality and palatability of the dog such that a user can easily carry or purchase the dried pollack block to make the dog drink the same for health.
