The present invention relates to a glioma diagnostic biomarker composition comprising TrioBP, a diagnostic composition, a diagnostic kit, a method for providing information on the diagnosis of glioma, a method for screening a glioma therapeutic agent and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating glioma, using the same. TrioBP of the present invention is overexpressed in glioma cells, and the effect of inhibiting cell proliferation and migration through the inhibition of the TrioBP is remarkably excellent. Thus, the present invention can not only target TrioBP to diagnose glioma but also be used for screening, preventing or treating therapeutic agents of glioma, by using the inhibitor thereof, which can be usefully used in related pharmaceutical and medical projects.
