A Diagnostic Apparatus for Wind Power Generator Capable of Controlling Minute Angle and Diagnostic System Using the Same

The present invention relates to a wind generator blade state measurement device and a state measurement system using the same, and more specifically, relates to the wind generator blade state measurement device capable of fine angle adjustment and the state measurement system using the same wherein a surface wave sensor part can move along the blade while allowing a state of the blade to be measured through the surface wave sensor part which is in close contact with the blade, transmitting and receiving the surface wave such that the state of the blade can be diagnosed accurately, easily and economically. A vacuum pad, which presses the state measurement device to the blade, and the surface wave sensor part can be brought in close contact with the blade in a horizontal state even with various curves in the blade such that a stable movement along the blade and an accurate state measurement are possible.
