The present invention relates to a wind turbine blade state measuring device and a state measuring system using the same. More particularly, the surface wave sensor unit along the blade while allowing the state of the blade to be measured through the surface wave sensor unit which is in close contact with the blade and transmits and receives surface waves. The blades can be moved, so that the blades can be diagnosed accurately, easily and economically, and the vacuum pad and surface wave sensor unit which presses the condition measuring device to the blades can be brought into close contact with the blades at various bends. The present invention relates to a wind turbine blade condition measuring device capable of fine angle control capable of stable movement and accurate condition measurement according to the present invention, and a condition measuring system using the same.
