The present invention provides a system which applies an intelligent getting on and off system to provide a system which can prevent the number of remaining children and car accidents through event occurrences such as shock detection, movement detection, pressure detection, and voice detection, when children fall asleep or hide in the car and a person in charge is not aware off whether the children got off the car. As a result, parents monitors school bus route to and from school buses for young children in daycare centers and kindergartens with software in real time, and a location to and from the school can be changed and modified through two-way communication means when an emergency situation occurs.
