The present invention relates to a plant cultivation flowerpot having a watering pot. The flowerpot can be installed on a fence provided on veranda and terrace to receive sunlight. By blocking radiant heat transmitted by sunlight, the temperature in the flowerpot can be kept constant, water can be automatically and continuously supplied, and excessively supplied water can be easily discharged to maintain a certain water level.
