The present invention discloses a medicine for treating toothache and a method for manufacturing the same. The medicine for treating toothache contains: 15 to 25 parts by weight of Gastrodia elata; 10 to 25 parts by weight of Rehmannia glutinosa; 13 to 20 parts by weight of Atractylodes japonica; 12 to 20 parts by weight of Angelica sinensis; and 5 to 15 parts by weight of white radix ginseng. The medicine for treating toothache according to the present invention has other components compared to medicines of the prior art and can overcome drawbacks of medicines of the prior art.
