The present invention secures mutual reliability in electronic commerce by evaluation and reward policies of a block chain network to allow efficient and safe electronic commerce management. In conventional electronic commerce, an online certificate (including an accredited certificate) is used to identify a participant, which caused inconvenience where an individual must manage a certificate issuing process and an issued certificate. Also, a certificate is lost or a problem of wrongful use by hacking is exposed to be an abolition sequence. Also, a corresponding company is evaluated relying on company evaluation information provided by a company evaluation institution to secure reliability of an opposite company in a transaction between companies. However, since practical reliability of the corresponding company is difficult to know, securing reliability was limited. The present invention uses high transparency of information and technical advantages of security maintenance of a block chain are used to contribute to providing a safe electronic commerce environment at low costs by a rewards system for securing and promoting reliability by voluntary participation of entities participating in electronic commerce.
