The present invention relates to a domestic call-based overseas calling method of self-calling number using an emulating module equipped with a user universal subscriber identity module (USIM) and, more specifically, to a method executed through an application installed to a user wireless terminal, the emulating module which inserts the user USIM issued to a user, emulates mobile communication-related operation, and accesses a domestic communication device connected to the Internet, and an operating server communicating with the application of the user wireless terminal and interfacing with the emulating device in which the user USIM is inserted through the Internet.
