The present invention relates to an information registering method for providing an overseas call based on a domestic call through an emulating module equipped with a user USIM, capable of processing a call connection request from a foreign country to a domestic area as if a domestic call. The information registering method of the present invention comprises: a first step of checking whether an available USIM is inserted into a user wireless terminal and is interfaced; a second step of performing a device authentication procedure; a third step of receiving a device identification value and a mobile phone number from an application of the user wireless terminal to store the same in a designated storage medium in an association state; a fourth step of checking whether a valid user USIM is inserted into a USIM interface unit; a fifth step of receiving a device identification value of a user USIM and a mobile phone number, and authenticating whether the device identification value of the user USIM and the mobile phone number match a combination of the device identification value and the mobile phone number stored in the storage medium; and a sixth step of activating an association state of the device identification value and the mobile phone number.
