Unlike the conventional electric toothbrush whose sole function is to brush the teeth, the present invention provides, not only a tooth-brushing function, but also a method for brushing and managing the teeth more cleanly and hygienically, and a method for enabling a more efficient use of the tooth brushing time. To this end, the present invention enables the bristles to rotate toward a tooth direction so as to brush the tooth along the direction of the tooth, and allows a user to adjust the speed of an electric toothbrush so that in cases where the user has a gum disease in the oral cavity or has weak teeth, the user can brush the teeth with minimally reduced pain. Also, by further including distinctive bristles capable of acting similarly as a toothpick, the present invention enables an effective tooth brushing even when food particles are deeply stuck between teeth. In addition, in order to keep the toothbrush more hygienic and to prevent incidences where a tooth brushing operation is conducted with debris still remaining between the bristles from the preceding tooth brushing operations, the present invention includes an eliminating supporter to keep debris from getting stuck, and enables UV sterilization and disinfection simply by closing the cap, thereby enabling the user to sterilize the toothbrush after brushing the teeth in various outdoor places without having to carry a separate sterilizer. Furthermore, the present invention may enable the tooth brushing time to be combined with sounds of laughter, music, English, etc. so that the user can use the tooth brushing time more effectively and efficiently.
