According to the present invention, a method for measuring quality of an agricultural product comprises the following steps of: preparing an agricultural product of which quality is measured; and measuring quality of the agricultural product by using a quality measurement device. In the method for measuring quality of an agricultural product, the measurement device is to additionally install a non-destructive agricultural product internal quality measurement device without changing a transfer line to select an agricultural product, and comprises: a measurement chamber coupled to a light emitting unit, a light receiving unit, a light guide unit, and a heat wire blocking unit; a mounting cup in which the agricultural product is placed to be accommodated in the measurement chamber; and a guide unit guiding the agricultural product on the mounting cup to a normal position. The guide unit and the mounting cup are treated to prevent a foreign substance through a surface process. Therefore, quality inspection of an agricultural product can be effectively and safely performed.
