The present invention relates to a lifetime diagnosis method for a spindle of a multiaxial machine, which comprises: a step of collecting data about operation characteristic factors of the spindle; a step of deriving a root mean square (RMS) value among data values about the operation characteristic factors and classifying data of the RMS value into each stage; a step of multiplying a weight value of each stage to each RMS value classified into each stage; and a step of summing the weight value of each stage and each RMS value classified into each stage to calculate a lifetime of the spindle. According to the present invention, the data of the RMS value is classified into each stage in consideration of characteristics that an effect affecting the lifetime of the spindle is changed in accordance with displacement of vibration generated from the spindle, and the weight value of each stage is multiplied to each RMS value classified into each stage, such that a displacement factor of the vibration generated from the spindle is applied to the lifetime of the spindle, thereby correctly calculating the lifetime of the spindle.
