The present invention relates to a drone to photograph a plurality of users and a flying direction determination method using the same. According to the present invention, the drone to photograph a plurality of users comprises: a signal measurement unit collecting a signal from a plurality of users, who has a beacon having a unique ID, in real time to measure a signal intensity of each beacon; a direction determination unit moving the drone on a current position to select a direction, in which the number of beacons having a decreased signal intensity value is increased or a sum of a decrease amount is big, and moving the drone in the central direction of each candidate area when an area corresponding to the selected direction is divided into a plurality of candidate areas to select a direction, in which the number of beacons having a decreased signal intensity value is increased or a sum of a decrease amount is big, so as to determine a flying direction; a control unit controlling the drone to move the drone in the determined flying direction; and a camera unit to photograph the front surface of the users through a camera mounted thereon. Accordingly, a moving direction of the users is estimated in real time to autonomously determine the flying direction of the drone, thereby correctly and quickly moving the drone in advance corresponding to the moving direction of the users.
