The present invention relates to a maritime movable radioactivity measurement apparatus to measure pollutant, such as a radioactive substance, included in atmosphere and a maritime radioactivity measurement method using the same. To solve a problem of a conventional radioactivity measurement apparatus and methods, which measure radioactivity on the ground and do not correctly perform measurement on the sea adjacent to an actual pollution source, the lower part of a buoyant includes a propeller installed to move on the sea, and the upper part of the buoyant includes a suction pipe to suck air while being moved, various kinds of measurement sensors, such as a radioactivity sensor for measuring radioactivity from the sucked air, for measuring pollutant, a solar panel for supplying power, a global positioning system (GPS) for recognizing a location, a camera and a collision recognition sensor for checking a surrounding situation and avoiding a collision, and a communication means for remote control or communication with the outside. Accordingly, the apparatus is able to measure the pollutant, such as a radioactive substance, while autonomously moving on the sea along a previously inputted route.
