摘要

The present invention relates to a 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative, a method of producing the same, and an anticancer agent comprising the same. In particular, the compound according to the present invention can be represented by chemical formula 1, and may be useful as an anticancer agent due to excellent anticancer activities. In the chemical formula 1, R^1 is F, Br, methoxy, phenyl, or pyridinyl; and R^2 is H or methoxy, wherein the chemical formula 1 excludes the following three compounds: 1) 3-(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-4H-chromene-4-on; 5) 3-(5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-4H-chromene-4-on; and 6) 3-(5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-4H-chromene-4-on.
