摘要

Oligoarginine(Arg8) was successfully conjugated tohydrophobically modified poly(2-hydroxyethylaspartamide)(PHEA-C18-Arg8) and doxorubicin(DOX)was loaded into self-aggregates. PHEA-C18-Arg8(DOX)was effectively localized in HeLa cells and the cytotoxicitywas higher than that of PHEA-C18(DOX), showing thequick cytotoxic action in early incubation due to the fastcellular internalization and nuclear access byoligoarginine.
