The present invention relates to a molding method for a customized shoe insole. The molding method for a customized shoe insole comprises: a step of preparing left and right side molded insoles which are formed respectively in a shape where a fabric layer is attached to the top surface of a sponge layer and a heel supporting layer with a thermoforming material is attached to the bottom surface of the sponge layer; a step of placing left and right molding frames, which are formed to be elastically distorted according to the shape of left and right heels when applied with load by the left and right feet of a wearer, inside left and right boxes with open upper parts; a step of placing left and right molding pads, which are formed to be elastically distorted in a state of supporting the left and right molded insoles when load by the left and right feet of the wearer is applied to the left and right molded insoles seated on each of the top surfaces, in the upper part of the left and right molding frames; a step of seating the left and right molded insoles in a state of being heated at a thermoforming temperature in the left and right molding pads; a step of molding each heel supporting layer of the left and right molded insoles according to the shape of the left and right heels through the left and right molding frames as applying load by putting the left and right feet of the wearer on the heated left and right molded insoles, respectively; and a step of separating the molded left and right molded insoles from the left and right molding pads, and hardening the insoles. Therefore, the molding method for a customized shoe insole can accurately and conveniently mold a shoe insole in a shape matched with the shape of a foot of an individual wearer.
