The present invention relates to a remote unmanned speed sprayer with an automatic and manual transmission, and a remote control system for the same, wherein the sprayer is mounted on a vehicle that is driven by a person without a mechanical change in a controller not to disturb a manual transmission by a person, and to perform an automatic shift by remote unmanned control without an additional mechanical change. Therefore, the sprayer can be easily used by a person or without a person. Moreover, a shift lever (11), a select lever (12), and pedals (30, 40, 50) are moved by a pressurization unit to provide a clearance to allow movement when the sprayer is operated by a person.
