The present invention relates to a method for the production of a first binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of a human CD3 (epsilon) epsilon chain and a non-chimpanzee primate CD3 epsilon chain and a second binding domain capable of binding to a prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA), a B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 EGF-like domain 1 of EpCAM, fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPa) and insulin-like growth factor I receptor (IGF-IR or EGFR) encoded by the factor receptor (c-MET), endosialin, IGF-1R), wherein the epitope comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 2, 4, 6 and 8, and a second binding domain capable of binding to an antigen selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 monoclonal / RTI antibody molecule. The present invention also provides a vector, a host, and a method for producing the bispecific antibody molecule as well as a nucleic acid encoding the bispecific antibody molecule. In addition, the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said bispecific antibody molecules and pharmaceutical uses of said bispecific antibody molecules.
