Turmeric loaded nanostructured lipid carrier and method for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a Curcuma longa nanostructured lipid carrier composition containing Curcuma longa which is captured in a nanostructured lipid carrier. To be specifically, it is confirmed that the lipid carrier, encapsulated Curcuma longa powder, shows an effect of improving bioaccessibility of curcuminoid, contained in the Curcuma longa powder by protecting a curcuminoid component in Curcuma longa from an acidic condition, safely delivering the same to an intestine, and effectively releasing the same at the intestine. Therefore, the lipid carrier can be an effective method to improve bioaccessibility of curcuminoid, contained in Curcuma longa.
