The present invention relates to a molecular marker for detecting Erwinia amylovora and uses thereof. By using a PNA probe containing single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) between Erwinia amylovora and Erwinia pyrifoliae developed in the present invention or between domestic and overseas Erwinia amylovora, Erwinia amylovora strains are specifically detected, thereby making it possible to more accurately and quickly diagnose fire blight, and being used to establish quarantine regulation standards by distinguishing domestic and overseas Erwinia amylovora.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
