A placer exactly guiding a location of a billiard ball according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body; a recess part formed to be recessed in the same radius of curvature as that of a billiard ball at one side of the main body in order to allow the billiard ball to be mounted; and at least two pointers mounted with a predetermined interval at an inner surface of the recess part, and projecting a visible ray towards the center of the radius of curvature of the recess part. The placer exactly guiding a mount location of a billiard ball according to the present invention perceives an intersection point of light as the center of a billiard ball to be mounted, thereby exactly guiding the billiard ball to the mount point such that the billiard ball may be exactly placed at the center.
