The present invention relates to: a method for regulating plant tolerance to high temperature stress, comprising a step of transforming plant cells with a recombinant vector comprising a gene coding for Oryza sativa oligopeptide transporter 10 (OsOPT10) proteins derived from rice (Oryza sativa); a method for producing a transgenic plant having regulated resistance to the high temperature stress, which comprises the step of transforming the plant cells with the recombinant vector comprising the gene coding for OsOPT10 proteins; the transgenic plant, produced by the method, having regulated resistance to the high temperature stress; and a composition comprising seeds of the plant and the gene coding for OsOPT10 proteins for regulating the plant tolerance to high temperature stress. The transgenic plant can grow more stably in high temperature regions or in regions where the temperature can rise suddenly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
