The present invention relates to: a method for regulating plant tolerance to high temperature stress, comprising a step of transforming plant cells with a recombinant vector comprising a gene coding for Oryza sativa oligopeptide transporter 10 (OsOPT10) proteins derived from rice (Oryza sativa); a method for producing a transgenic plant having regulated resistance to the high temperature stress, which comprises the step of transforming the plant cells with the recombinant vector comprising the gene coding for OsOPT10 proteins; the transgenic plant, produced by the method, having regulated resistance to the high temperature stress; and a composition comprising seeds of the plant and the gene coding for OsOPT10 proteins for regulating the plant tolerance to high temperature stress.
