According the present invention, a system for excavation, construction and safety management of a country lifeline with the use of an electronic marking device and realization of an augmented reality enables an exact performance of maintenance work by visualizing the shape of the underground facilities as the augmented reality in a user terminal based on information of the electronic marking device. The system includes an integrated management server (10) for storing location information and history information of underground facilities embedded in an underground space, generating information of underground facilities by a signal, and storing and transmitting information of the generated underground facilities; an electronic marking device (20) including an electronic marker(21) installed while maintaining a predetermined interval in the underground facilities and having a RFID tag storing the location information and the history information of the underground facilities for excavation, construction and maintenance stored therein and an electronic marking bar (22) with an RFID tag embedded therein to obtain the information stored in the electronic marker(21) and an upper portion thereof is exposed to the ground so that the electronic indicator bar is installed in a state that is locatable from outside; an RFID reader (30) for receiving information stored in the electronic marker (21) or the electronic indicator bar (22); and a user terminal (40) having a dedicated application installed therein and capable of transmitting and receiving with the integrated management server for recognizing the electronic marking device (20) by the RFID reader (30) and displaying the information of the underground facilities received by the electronic marking device as an augmented reality by allowing a 3D image to overlap the actual image photographed by the camera, generating information of underground facility and transmitting the same to the integrated management server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
