The present invention relates to a bundle-type short fiber (1) for reinforcing concrete for increasing compressive strength and flexural tensile strength by being added to a concrete composition to enhance interfacial adhesion, flowability and dispersibility. The bundle-type short fiber (1) for reinforcing concrete is manufactured by twisting para-aramid composite fibers through a twisting process or covering process, heat-treating the fibers through a resin impregnation process, and then cutting the same.
