The present invention provides a standard solar panel fixture which is excellent in portability to be easily installed regardless of a place. The easy-to-install standard solar panel fixture comprises: a supporting unit; a solar panel supported to an upper side of the supporting unit; and an angle adjustment unit provided to the upper side of the supporting unit to support each of an upper end and a lower end of the solar panel and adjusting an angle of the solar panel in accordance with a height of being stacked to be formed with a block shape, wherein the supporting unit is made of a plurality of block members capable of being coupled by a connection means to maintain water tightness, and the inside of the supporting unit is formed with a hollow unit to be filled with sand and water.
