The present invention provides a system and a method for securing a franchise by a customer capable of contributing job creation and a recording medium. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for securing a franchise by a customer comprises: a first terminal transmitting a register request including store information of a non-franchise; a franchise management server receiving the register request and transmitting the store information of the non-franchise included in the received register request; and a second terminal receiving and displaying the store information of the non-franchise and transmitting a vote result inputted by a user with regard to the displayed store information of the non-franchise to the franchise management server. The franchise management server receives the vote result of the non-franchise from two or more second terminals and can register the non-franchise as a franchise in accordance with the received vote result.
