The present invention discloses an apparatus for managing customer information, a method for managing customer information, a system for managing customer information and a computer readable medium having a computer program. That is, the identification information of customer can be transmitted to a customer management device through a customer identification information receiving device located in a store. The customer management device can transmit client management information corresponding to the customer identification information to a store management device in the store, and the user device of a clerk. Customers can be managed based on the customer management information in the store. Therefore, customer information can be indirectly obtained from the customers.
