The present invention relates to a drone device with an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, comprising: a drone body capable of flying in the air by a lift force through a control signal of a remote controller; an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer provided on a lower portion of the drone body and after a rock is injected with an X-ray, analyzing a fluorescent X-ray generated from the rock sample and finding components of elements of the sample; and a support unit for fixedly supporting the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to the drone body, wherein the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer comprises: an X-ray tube unit for generating and injecting an X-ray into the rock sample; a spectroscopic determination unit for receiving the fluorescence X-ray emitted from an electron of the rock sample injected with the X-ray that is being returned to a ground state after reaching an excited state, and dispersing the fluorescence X-ray on a wavelength basis; a detector unit for measuring and analyzing the fluorescence X-ray transmitted through the spectroscopic determination unit; and a box-shaped analyzer case for accommodating the X-ray tube unit, the spectroscopic determination unit and the detector unit in one body and coupled to the support unit.
