The present invention relates to an adsorptive deodorant for removing bad smell and an odor removing device using the same. The adsorptive deodorant for removing bad smell: has an ammonia removal ability by applying monomers of 1-vinylimidazole to polypropylene polymer fiber to be anionic through a quaternization reaction; or has a hydrogen sulfide removal ability by applying monomers of acrylic acid to the polypropylene polymer fiber to be cationic. The adsorptive deodorant for removing bad smell and a manufacturing method thereof: are able to contribute to the creation of a pleasant living environment by replacing activated carbon used for the efficient reduction of sulfur compounds of nitrogen compounds which are representative odor substances discharged from sewage and livestock waste; and are expected to overcome the risk of an antibacterial filter which has been problematic recently by stably fixating an antibacterial function to polymer fiber.
