The present invention relates to a charging system of a solar and ESS fusion electric vehicle, which includes a DC-link grid-connected solar converter, a battery, and converters for electric vehicles, configured to apply solar power and power from the battery such that it is possible to supply power to electric vehicles in a stable manner by reducing the power supplied from the grid even when a relatively large number of electric vehicles are connected to the charging system for rapid charging. The charging system of a solar and ESS fusion electric vehicle comprises: a grid power system for supplying AC power; a PCS for converting the AC power of the grid power system to DC power; a solar converter provided to convert DC power generated from sunlight to DC power, to link the DC power to DC power of the grid power, and to output the DC power; a battery provided to charge the DC power of the grid power and having a BMS for controlling charging and discharging; a plurality of converters for electric vehicles provided to convert the DC power of the grid power to DC power so as to charge the battery mounted in the electric vehicle with the DC power; and a PMS provided to determine charging and discharging modes of the battery, control conversion of the charging and discharging modes, control the charging and discharging power by determining the same during charging and discharging, control the charging power of the respective converters for electric vehicles, and control the solar converter according to a connection status of the electric vehicle and a charging status of the battery.
