The present invention relates to a CGMMV infectious recombinant clone that increases the infection rate, and more particularly to an infectious clone of CGMMV-OMpj having an increased infection rate through the production method of the present invention. Therefore, It can complement the phenomenon of infection rate of infectious clone of moth mosaic virus is remarkably low and can be useful for development of disease resistant breed using pathogenic virus protein.
