Provided are complex sulfur having an excellent skin care effect and soap containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing soap using complex sulfur and soap using complex sulfur manufactured by the method. The method of the present invention comprises: a step (1) of preparing sulfur oil by adding olive oil and camellia oil to a mineral inorganic sulfur powder, stirring the mineral inorganic sulfur powder, olive oil and camellia oil to obtain a stirred material, leaving alone the stirred material and then, taking a supernatant portion only from the stirred material; a step (2) of preparing an ionized sulfur by mixing water, quicklime powder and the mineral inorganic sulfur powder to obtain a mixture, and heating the same; a step (3) of preparing settled detoxified sulfur by adding radish juice to the mineral inorganic sulfur powder, stirring the radish juice and the mineral inorganic sulfur powder to obtain a stirred material, adding a leaven to the stirred material to obtain a mixture, fermenting the mixture, and leaving alone the fermented mixture; a step (4) of preparing complex sulfur by mixing the sulfur oil of the step (1), the ionized sulfur of the step (2), the detoxified sulfur of the step (3) with methylsulfonyl methane; and a step (5) of adding the complex sulfur of the step (4) to a heat-applied soap base, mixing the same to obtain a mixture, injecting the mixture into a soap mold, and forming the mixture in a soap shape.
