The present invention relates to a seaweed transplantation method for constructing and expanding a natural seaweed bed, and more particularly, to a seaweed transplantation method for creating a natural seaweed bed or expanding the range of a seaweed bed using a method for installing a seed collecting rope in a seaweed habitat in the water, collecting spores of a seaweed, and then installing the seed collecting rope in the transplantation sea. The seaweed transplantation method of the present invention comprises: a seed collection step of attaching spores to a seed collecting rope by installing a seed collecting frame on which the seed collecting rope is wound, in a seaweed habitat; a separation step of collecting the seed collecting frame and releasing the seed collecting rope wound on the seed collecting frame to separate the seed collecting rope from the seed collecting frame; an anchor installation step of installing a plurality of rope fixing anchors at regular intervals on a rock in an implantation sea; and a rope fixing step of fixing the seed collecting rope to the rope fixing anchors.
