PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure which uses a porous material, can efficiently adhere to the spores of seaweeds, has a sufficient strength, and is used for forming a seaweed bed. PSOLUTION: This concrete structure is prepared by approximately homogeneously mixing charcoal powder with a concrete for forming an upper layer portion 5a having a thickness of approximately 5 cm from the surface of a plate-like portion 1.The powder has a particle diameter of 0.1 mm and is mixed in a volume rate of 1 to 5% based on the concrete.The concrete structure can easily be produced by applying ordinary concrete, further integrally applying charcoal-mixed concrete and then curing the concretes.Many charcoal particles are exposed on the surface of the concrete structure, and the spores of seaweeds are efficiently placed and adhered to the pores of the charcoal.Since the powder has small particle diameters, the powder has a large surface area.Even when the powder is mixed in a small amount, a large effect is obtained, and the concrete has a sufficient strength.
