Earthquake-proof stopper of seismic isolation structure using ball rolling and earthquake-proof generator having the same

The present invention relates to an aseismic stopper of a seismic isolation structure installed around a bed on which an object is mounted, and an aseismic generator having the same. The aseismic stopper comprises: a base plate installed on a bottom surface; a vertical plate bent at right angles from the base plate and extending upward; and a buffer unit inserted between one lateral surface of the bed and the vertical plate. The buffer unit is formed in a structure in which at least one ball bolt having a part of a ball with a built-in head end is supported by the vertical plate to face at least one surface of the bed in order to allow the other part of the ball to be exposed and roll. The head end of each ball bolt is moved to roll on at least one surface of the bed by ball rolling at the head end of each ball bolt, thereby minimizing vibration transmission between the bed and the aseismic stopper, which is the vibration transmission between the object and surroundings of the object.
