The present invention relates to an earthquake-resistant stopper having a two-dimensional vibration isolation structure, and an earthquake resistance generator using the same, wherein the earthquake-resistant stopper is installed around a bed on which an object is mounted. Moreover, the earthquake-resistant stopper comprises: a base plate installed on a bottom surface; a vertical plate bent perpendicular to the base plate and extending upward; and a buffer unit inserted between one side surface of the bed and the vertical plate. A horizontal buffer unit of the buffer unit allows a horizontal bolt having a rounded head end to be elastically moved in the horizontal direction, and a vertical buffer unit of the buffer unit allows a vertical bolt having a rounded head end to be elastically moved in the vertical direction so that a two-dimensional vibration isolation function can be provided. Furthermore, the horizontal bolt and the vertical bolt can be slid on the side surface of the bed due to the rounded head ends so that two-dimensional vibration isolation can be significantly improved.
