The present invention relates to a ground test apparatus of a rocket engine simulating a high-altitude environment, and more specifically, to a high-altitude pressure maintaining apparatus of a nozzle exit for a high-altitude environment test of a rocket engine, wherein a high-altitude pressure maintaining apparatus is provided between a nozzle through which exhaust flame of a rocket engine is discharged and a diffuser into which the exhaust flame is introduced, thereby simulating a high-altitude environment during a ground test of the rocket engine.
