Global Measurement of Temperature and Pressure on the Sidewall of an Altitude-Adaptive Expansion-Deflection Rocket Nozzle

摘要

This paper will report the application of Pressure-Sensitive Paint (PSP) and IR camera to a small linearasymmetric nozzle mounted in the UNSW Canberrasupersonic nozzle force-measurement rig. The projectaims to validate numerical results through PSP measurements.The experimental setup, calibration anddata reduction techniques will be described. A numberof example data sets will be reported and discussed viacomparison with CFD simulations.
