The present invention relates to the promotion of osteoblast differentiation of a novel material and a use thereof as a pharmaceutical composition, which has an effect of treating and alleviating symptoms of cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC syndrome). Vitamin derivatives of the present invention have an effect of promoting differentiation of CFC patients-derived induced pluripotent stem cells into osteoblasts and alleviates development hindrance of CFC syndrome patients through osteogenesis promotion, thereby having an effect of improving treatment and alleviating the symptoms of CFC syndrome.
